Short Breaks Statement

CYPDS logo

There is a duty on Local Authorities to provide a range of short break services for disabled children, young people and their families.

As part of this duty, Councils are required to produce a short breaks statement so that families know which short breaks are available to them in the local area and how to access them.

The latest information about services on offer and can be accessed under the 'Useful Documents' to the right of the page.

A revised short breaks statement will be published shortly.
