Maidenhead & Windsor Innovation Project

The Maidenhead & Windsor Innovation Project is a joint venture between the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead and Family Friends, a local charity. It is funded by the Department of Education to try out new ways of delivering social work at a local level. The project aims to strengthen the services and support that children, young people and families receive when they are in need of early assistance.

The project is run in two locations—West Windsor Innovation Hub supports Armed Services families and the Maidenhead Innovation Hub supports Pakistani Families.

Various sessions and programmes are run throughout the year – please contact Lucy Phipps for further information.

We can provide support for emotional and behavioural and social issues for children and parents, and provide targeted family support and early help social worker support.

We support children and parents of all ages.

This is a mainstream service that also supports families with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
