RBWM Youth Service - School Support

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's Youth Service works with young people aged 8-19 who need to be supported with making informed decisions around risk taking behaviour and engaging in positive activities both in and outside of school.

It is widely recognised that the earlier a young person receives awareness raising/preventative support on risk taking behaviours, the more effective the support is and as a result the youth service have developed a number of classroom discussion, small group work or positive activity sessions that can be delivered within the school setting.  This includes topics such as online safety, cyberbullying, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), relationships and drugs and alcohol.
